Hien-Anh Nguyen

Associate Director, Technical Operations

Hien-Anh focuses on technical operations for novel therapeutics discovery and development. She has a track-record of building multiple teams and facilities to support drug discovery, pre-clinical studies and GMP drug manufacturing. Prior to joining Aceragen, she managed the core R&D services at Exicure, assembled the tissue culture division at SAMDI Tech Inc, and led technical operations at Enzyme by Design Inc.

With 14+ years working for preclinical to clinical-stage biotechs, CROs and in research centers, Hien-Anh brings a wealth of experience in technical and strategic decisions. She obtained her PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Grenoble I, her first post-PhD training in Bioinformatics at the Institute Curie, and her second post-PhD training in Structural Biology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
